The stunning Ms. Alba has been dating first assistant director Cash Warren, who she met on the set.

The actress, who regularly is featured on lists compiling the world's sexiest stars, has not confirmed or denied the reports that she is to wed.

Jessica was recently spotted in Miami over the New Year's weekend with a ring on her wedding finger.

Apparently, the pair enjoyed a two-minute-long smooch when the clock struck midnight at a DKNY Jeans New Year's Eve party at Casa Casuarina.

While this may be the case, men, don't lose hope too quickly. Jessica has been engaged before, to "Dark Angel" co-star Michael Weatherly.
